One of her greatest challenges was raising them in the United States, far from the Middle Eastern values she was raised with. She bridged the gap between these two cultures, building a healthy, successful mindset that blends the traditions of her upbringing with the strengths of Western ideals. By embracing the beauty of both cultures, Naila nurtured a remarkable generation of children. With over 35 years of experience, she has helped more than 1,000 mothers and counting understand what it means to lead as a parent. Naila also brings a unique combination of strategic vision and practical leadership to our team of directors, coaches, and training courses. With over 10 years of combined experience in teaching, training educators, and holding leadership roles in both the corporate and education sectors -Judy brings a unique blend of humor, insight, and practical experience to her coaching.
